There are scattered lots for sale in the older neighborhoods but most of the available lots will be found outside of the city proper. These newer developments are usually gated with perimeter walls and full time security. Most lots will start around $100K and go up, golf course lots will be in the $150K range, a beachfront lot may be $500K and up if you can find one. Most of the lots are narrow starting at 30 FT wide by 80 FT deep. This is why you see so many 2 story homes in Guadalajara. I suggest going to “MLS Search” to find the available lots.
