Rex and Ricardo were very helpful in our purchase of our condo at Ocean Palms. They provided us with info on the history of Ocean Palms and were able to get us a great and below market price on our purchase. They helped us with getting the government lease and changing the electric bill over to us. They gave us a tour of the City which includes old town, the Shrimp Ladies (best shrimp ever), the new baseball stadium, and local shopping in old town, along with several great restaurants. They took us to Sharp Hospital were we were given a tour by a Doctor of their facility which is equal to any in the states and purchased a Sharp discount card. We have known both Rex and Ricardo since 2017 and are fortunate to be able to call them friends. We would highly recommend Rex and Ricardo on any future purchase of property in Mazatlan.
