The hotel will be branded as a Radisson Blu hotel. Radisson Blu is Carlson Rezidor’s Upper Upscale brand achieving average rates well above US$200.

The hotel is structured as a condominium Hotel allowing for all the advantages of marketing and operating a traditional luxury hotel while providing for a different ownership structure, whereby owners hold the deeds to their individual units.

This concept provides the owner of the unit to engage in the profits generated by the occupancy in the hotel and have the option to occupy the unit themselves with all the services the Hotel offers for part of the year.

Condo-Hotel structure:
