La Paz homes for sale range from $80K for an inland fixer to $600k and up for oceanfront-view home. The are areas featuring new homes that start in the mid $300’s and continue up to over a million for waterfront views. The newer developments are usually gated with fulltime security and a perimeter wall. If you are willing to go north you will find oceanfront communities with community beachfront for $300K to $400K. If you like the classic architecture and old town charm, there are homes to choose from around El Centro. You can also find fixers here and add your personal touches.
